JARDIN DU PALAIS ROYAL
Enjoy this hidden urban oasis as a smaller, quieter and more intimate alternative for some R&R to the Jardin Des Tuileries. Grown ups can admire the bordering architecture whilst youngsters can race up and down the tree lined pathways and amuse themselves jumping and hiding amongst the graphic black and white columns in the courtyard. There are statues and fountains, benches and seats aplenty, creating the perfect ambiance to admire the immaculate lawns and bountiful floral gardens and for a bit of respite from the tourist throngs. It is a charming place to sit back and enjoy a picnic before browsing the lovely boutiques housed in the surrounding arcade. Alternatively, stop by early morning for a peaceful start to the day, croissant and coffee in hand, to appreciate this little garden with a handful of locals before tourist groups find it.
